Divine Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. delivers products across the Kathmandu Valley and select areas of Nepal. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process.

Delivery Areas

• Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur): Standard delivery available.
• Outside Kathmandu Valley: Delivery via courier services — available on request.

Delivery Timelines

• Kathmandu Valley: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
• Outside Valley: 3–7 business days depending on location and courier availability.
• Large equipment, custom orders, or bulk purchases may require additional time — our team will inform you in advance.

Shipping Charges

• Kathmandu Valley: Free delivery on orders above NPR 5,000. A delivery charge may apply for smaller orders.
• Outside Valley: Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination at the time of order.

Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
